Andrea Jourdan has written and published over 100 cookbooks. She is a much sought-after writer for all kinds of food topics because of her extended knowledge of the food business and food products.

Andrea’s mission is to show the public how simple and enjoyable cooking can be.

Andrea has also translated cookbooks from English to French, from French to English and from Italian to English.

She has also ghost-written cookbooks for other chefs and participated in groups of chefs doing cookbooks together such as:

  • 100 personnalités 100 recettes (100 celebrities, 100 recipes) with famous Canadian people such as Celine Dion, Prime Ministers, other famous people

  • Unis pour le Guatemala (Together for Guatemala), a collective work to help Canadian students build villages in Guatemala (Andrea Jourdan, principal guest chef)
