Andrea Jourdan was the host of a 2-year long television show, in Italy, Mangia! Mangia!, that took her from farms to prominent restaurants and infamous wine producers, from Roberto Scubla to Pighin to Antinori.

Andrea appeared, twice a week, as a guest commentator on the Canadian TV series, L’été c’est Péché (CBC’s French Network RADIO-CANADA, 2002-2004) as did author Chrystine Brouillet and chef Ian Perreault.
Andrea participated in several television shows in Boston, USA.
Andrea is often invited to share her expertise on radio and television shows, as well as conferences, to speak on different culinary subjects in Canada and in Europe.

Andrea Jourdan is often asked to participate with other chefs to judge different culinary work:

• 2018, judge (with 3 other celebrity chefs) for the Best Baguette in Montreal
• 2017, participated in a bread fair as a judge for best our and best bread in Quebec
• 1999, judge for the best truffle dish (Asta mondiale del tartufo bianco d’Alba, Italy)
• 1997-1999, judge for the Best Olive Oil Contest in Italy (3 years in a row!)
