Andrea writes weekly culinary columns for one of the most read newspapers in Canada, Journal de Montréal and its affiliate Journal de Québec. Andrea also writes all their
special features (4 to 6 pages) on cooking for the Holidays, BBQ, St Valentine’s Day, Easter, Super Bowl, etc. as well as special features on the cuisine of different countries (Italy,
Greece, India, etc.).

Andrea is often called upon to comment on political subjects when it concerns the food industry.

Andrea has published 2 cookbooks with Journal de Montréal:

. Simplement BBQ, which grouped 110 barbecue recipes Andrea wrote for the Journal de Montréal.

. Le Garde-Manger d’Andrea, which was a joint publication: Éditions Goélette and Journal de Montréal.
